We collect no information on consumers who browse our website.The information volunteered by customers regarding orders is subsequently discarded. We will never sell,give away,or make unauthorized disclosure of any information given to us by our customers, other than to govermental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our website and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our website.

The only customer details we have are those given to us in order to complete and ship orders. We are are not ,for instance, aware of any details regarding customers credit cards. When a transaction takes place we are simply informed by Pay pal that payment has been made,but no further details are given to us.

Our shopping cart is secured by VeriSign EV SGC SSL certificates.

We do not set cookies.If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is based on the weight and is carried out by Royal Mail within the UK. and Airmail worldwide.We aim to deliver goods not later than 14 days. Worldwide can of course take a little longer.

We do not have a facility to deliver to APO and FPO addresses.If dispatch to such address is required please contact us by e mail before placing an order as we would like to accommodate if we can.

RETURNS POLICY

If on receipt of the goods you are not satisfied in some way please contact us by e mail using our contact form with brief details for the return within 7 days of receipt. Our products are of course personalised and if we have made an error in the detailing we will of course replace the item.

If items are received damaged we will also replace free of charge.Our goods are shipped in appropriate packaging to avoid any such occurance.

In all cases please contact us by e mail using our contact form first of all quoting the invoice number and date,for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) Write this number clearly and boldly on the outside of your package. NO merchandise will be accepted without this number.
We emphasise returns must be appropriatly packaged.The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.We are not responsible for lost packages.All returns are subject to inspection and verification.return shipping time is beyond our control so please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return. We will notify you when we receive your return and when your credit is processed.
